█  Product Features

1. The shell of this product is formed by welding high-quality steel plate or stainless steel, and the surface is treated with high-speed shot blasting followed by powder electrostatic spraying, with beautiful appearance;

2. This product is an improved explosion-proof product. Various common measuring instruments, analytical instruments, display instruments, transformers, soft starters, inverters, PLCs, various buttons, switches, microcomputer touch screens and common electrical components can be installed according to user requirements, and there are no restrictions on the electrical components that users need to install;

3. Adopting diversified designs, you can choose cabinet type (up-down type, left-right type), wall-mounted type, console type, flat type, etc.;

4. The power distribution cabinet consists of cabinet body, control system, gas distribution system, alarm system and power distribution system; The explosion-proof components of part of the control system and the components of the user's power distribution system are installed in the positive pressure chamber (split type or on-line type can also be customized according to customer requirements);

5. The air intake mode of this left-right cabinet is ventilation type, that is, continuous and uninterrupted air supply. The working heat of the components installed in the positive pressure chamber can be taken away by the air path, which has good heat dissipation effect.

6. This product is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with GB3836.1-2000, GB3836.5-2004 and relevant standards.

Under the control of the automatic control system, protective gas is introduced into the positive pressure cabinet, and the pressure in the positive pressure chamber is higher than that outside the positive pressure chamber, forming a micro-positive pressure safe small environment, which prevents flammable hazardous gases from entering the positive pressure chamber and ensures the safe operation of the built-in common instruments and electrical components.

7. The automatic control system mainly completes high-end functions such as air exchange, air supplement, ultra-high pressure automatic alarm and exhaust, under-voltage alarm, low-voltage interlocking power cut and so on. (This positive pressure cabinet has a low-voltage interlocking function. When the air pressure is lower than the specified value (50Pa), it will automatically cut off the user's power supply in the positive pressure chamber), which further confirms the safety and practicability of the product;

8. Protective doors can be installed on the outside according to customer requirements, which can display the internal control part's display or action;

9. All fasteners are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel;
